Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon 2005 Release

January 15, 2007 - Stanton Vineyards' has released its 2005 vintage Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon. 625 cases of 750ml bottles and a small number of 1.5L magnums are available. 750ml bottles and 1.5L magnums retail at $75 and $165, respectively. February, 2007 - For the sixth year in a row, Stanton Vineyards will participate in the Family House Cabernet for Connoisseurs event in San Francisco. Family House is a non-profit agency founded in 1981, which houses children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses and their families, free of charge, while they receive treatment at the University of San Francisco Medical Center. Doug and Kristen Stanton will donate a 3-liter bottle of their 2005 Oakville Cabernet Sauvignon which will be auctioned off during the live auction portion of the evening's event. Last year's live auction raised over $200,000 for Family House.
